Returns and Service Policy

Product Returns:

For returns not related to warranty claims, please be aware that you should reach out to the shop or dealer from which you originally purchased the product. We exclusively engage in wholesale transactions and, therefore, are unable to process direct retail returns and refunds.

Warranty:

Our products are covered by a comprehensive 2-year warranty. Within the warranty period, we offer free repair services to address any issues that may arise. Following the expiration of the warranty period, we continue to provide repair support and service, which will be subject to a fee. It is important to note that this warranty does not extend to damage resulting from abuse, misuse, accidental falls, or other incidents occurring after the purchase of the product. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our designated return address for either repair or replacement.

Product Repairs:

Before shipment, each of our products undergoes rigorous testing to ensure they are free from any manufacturer-related defects. However, should you encounter any issues with our products, we encourage you to reach out to us for a comprehensive troubleshooting and investigation of the matter. It’s noteworthy that, through numerous troubleshooting sessions, we have discovered that a significant portion of reported issues stem from incorrect software settings or cabling problems, leading to an inaccurate assumption that the product is defective. We kindly request that you contact us initially to prevent unnecessary loss of time and frustration.

If your product exhibits a confirmed problem upon arrival or fails during the warranty period, we will directly handle the matter. We will provide you with a designated return address, typically in close proximity to your geographical region, where you can send the product. Upon receipt of your unit, we will carry out an inspection, effect necessary repairs, or provide a replacement, and we will cover the cost of shipping it back to you via a tracked and signed postal service package. For expedited delivery, you have the option to select DHL Express, with the associated shipping cost covered by the customer.

In cases where device damage falls outside the scope of the warranty, no issue has been detected upon investigation in our premises or the warranty has lapsed, we will apply a service fee, in addition to shipping charges for the return to your specified address.
