Re: Unity does not seem to work with UPV3 over Wifi
Hi All Had a very prompt reply from George which I will quote here: "I would like to clarify that a USB connection is required for UPBv3 to be detected on the Unity platform. A USB connection is also required to exchange data between the computer and devices connected to UPBv3. Wi-Fi capabiliti...

Unity does not seem to work with UPV3 over Wifi
Hello Brand new UPBv3 box and brand new Windows 11 mini PC. Wired USB connection between the two and Unity can discover UPBv3 and the UPBv3 required a firmware update (Done), and I have set the UPBv3 to login to my home network (which it has done successfully). Recommended guide camera?
Is there a recommended guide camera for use with the OAG when combined with the Falcon Rotator? It strikes me that you will need one which has to be of a certain diameter or less otherwise it will prevent the oag and the rotator fixing together properly
Many thanks

Re: Falcon de-rotation - what factors influence accuracy
Do you have any more examples of images with different telescope and camera combinations than the two that you post on the Falcon web page? Position in the sky aside, I assume that a shorter focal length resulting a wider field of view and a larger sensor size will result in more angular rotation an...

Falcon de-rotation - what factors influence accuracy
Just a quick question - what are the factors that influence the rotation step 'accuracy' in order to properly rotate the field with out errors at edge of field for longer exposure astrophotography? Is it scope focal length, sensor size i.e. distance to edge of sensor? Something else? And is there a ...
