Unity not finding USB box

Hi guys,

My Pegasus USB box is found by Unity, but upon connecting 2 QHY cameras and an assortment of USB accessories, it not longer connets. I hope to be able to fix this with some sort of port assignment, but I need step by step instructions. I have attrached a snippet of my device managert when the problem occurs.

Interestingly, If the port is not discovered in the device manager then it has to do with the FTDI driver and not with Unity.
