Unity software not advancing past the yes or no at start

Hello,
something odd has started happening with the Unity platform software controlling our powerbox advance. When I click on any of the links on my computer it comes up with the yes or no status to control elements in windows and then once click yes the software just drops out. Nothing else happens.
It was working well up until today, but it has decided not to run now.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
