Adaptation of the NYX 101 on a SW pier ?

I have collision avoidance issues with a 120mm refractor which has a very long extend down , thus leading to interferences with m=y tripod legs.

I would like to know if somebody managed to mount the NYX 101 on a SW pier ?


At the beginning, I had the SW tripod for EQ6 and I bought a SW extension tube to put above the tripod .

I couldn't manage to mount the NYX above this extension in a simple way , so I finished by buying the Pegasus extension kit.

I'm afraid the SW pier will have exactly the same interface as the pier and thus will not permit mounting without modifications...
