Blown port 1 on UPBV3

Blown port 1 on UPBV3

I picked up the UPBV3. It works ok but Port1 of the 12Vdc supply is now blown. No DC and yes I have checked the port is turned on. All the other ports work fine but nada on port 1. My question is are these fused internally and if I open the box can I just replace a fuse or is it internally toast for that port?
