PPBA Error Code 1301

When I switch on the Quad 12V switch from the Control Tab I get the following Error Messages:

Thanks for your response ramndomka sorry for the late reply, I only just noticed it and it's not really helpful stating the obvious! I was hoping for something specific. and what was the ridiculous edit to my text in your quote for?

I have updated the Pegasus Astro Utility software to the latest version and the error is still there. But now I only get the Code0000 Invalid Response.

Any one got any helpful answers?
