Re: UPB v2 not recognized by Unity v 1.8.1680.2 ???
I am pretty sure it is something else. Try to reboot as the UPBv2 is recognized with any Unity release.

The firmware update works fine.
However, we have seen that installing KMS crack in windows causes problems with updates.

Re: Zero the electronic leveler
To be honest there is no need to do that on an EQ mount. Leveling does not affect the mount performance in EQ mode. (well only for cone error if you use n star alignment)

Re: Fully loaded 11" too much, backslides often
No there is no issue.
Probably the motor torque collapses when there is high-speed slew.
For this reason, we suggest decreasing the max slew rate in Unity to 3 degrees or less.
This will keep torque high on gotos and it will slide. (mentioned in manual also)

Re: Unity on PC shows incorrect Environmental Conditions
It is barometric altitude (approximate) so it is not your actual altitude.
The refractor compensation does not care about altitude. Only about temperature + absolute pressure

A new firmware is ready to be launched allowing you to tune the Cloud % coverage.
The algorithm can be tuned per season and latitude in order to have accurate cloud % readings.

There is no such issue. Either you have a USB cable issue (long cables) or USB pin contact issue.

Please follow this process. Usually these issues have to do with faulty config files or corruption in database configuration settings.

I am afraid not. Dew heaters produce 12V only (PWM duty cycle controlled)
You cannot plug a 5V heater. Where did you find a 5V heater? 5V heaters are USB only.
