Unity software problems to find powerbox advanced gen2

Hi i just received yesterday my new powerbox pegasuastro advance gen2. It works perfect but when i conect to my minipc the unity software don´t find the powerbox. I tried with the same minipc but different user account and it works. How its possible that works in one user and don´t in the other?? i tried to delete windows updates, reinstall ascom drivers, reinstall unity platform....nothing works...any idea? it´s very frustrated because i spent 2 days to find any solution and nothing...if i can´t find solution, i will send back the powerbox to my astro store.

Fixed. I installed ccleaner. Something about register files. Now runs perfect

Still problem....i don´t know whay but windows and unity platform fight in some ways. After fixed the problem , the platform still doesn´t find the powerbox. After run ccleaner it works....why??
