Dual Motor Focus Controller does not connect to PC

When I installed the focuser (Dual Motor Focus Controller + Motor Focus Kit) it worked correctly for some time. Then it started giving the message "Cannot find controller" and the focuser does not connect to the PC.
I have installed driver 4.4.5.0 and the problem persists.
The PC uses Windows 10 and I do not use ASCOM.
Can anybody help me please.
