USB Device Charging Slowly

I have a number of the Pegasus Astro USB Control Hubs as I need to be able to power and communicate with my geophysical sensors that utilize USB for power and communication.

I have a number of Android devices that I plug into the USB Control Hub when I need to charge them between other data collection experiments.

Many of these Android devices show a message on the screen that says something like "device charging slowly."

Does anyone have a suggestion on what the issue may be? I know that some USB devices have special cables or chargers with a resistor in them to allow fast charging.

Here are some of the devices that have this issue.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Active3
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro
CAT S62

I am sure some other devices may have similar issues, but that they just don't show error messages on the main screen when connected so I don't know.
