Hello,to All
I have problem with update the firmware of Nyx 101 i have installed the firmware 1.22 revision A and I want to upgrade to 1.25.1 but I try and the message is : Error code 4001 problem on update ceck log for more info.
Please help me

I found the solution, it was my fault because I went through a USB hub, while when I connected directly to a USB port on the PC everything worked properly
