Pegasus powerbox micro won't connect
Hello I'm sure this has been probably asked many times. The powerbox won't connect to my laptop when I plug unplugg several times it may recognise it once but then it only runs for 30-60 seconds then freezes. Tried X3 different cables and had it in 3 different usb ports. So there's nothing wrong with that side of it. I'm getting the attached error messages. Iv uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Any ideas how to fix this?

The issue only occurs when I plug or unplug my Atik camera. Is it possible they are trying to use the same com.port?? Will changing the allocated com port be an issue?
