UPBv2 - Output (dew heater) displays strange current when connecting a fan

Hello,
I connected a fan to the dew heater output C. The fan (Nanoxia Special N.N.V. Fan) takes 1,3 W max.
I measured only few mA but the UPBv2 displays ratings of 3-6 A.
