Ultimate Powerbox v2 - RJ45 (motor) connection does not lock

After a more thorough inspection I realized that the PB must have been used before. As this was my first attempt and it couldn't latch somebody else must have messed wit it. I've contacted the distributor.

Hi!
When connecting an RJ45 connector to my Powerbox's motor connection it fails to stay locked. When inspecting the connector I can't see any possibility for the connector to latch! This means that my cat5 cable does not "stay put" when the ota moves. Does anybody else have the same experience.
