Dew heater plugs loose?

I just received the PPBA Gen 2, and I noticed that the dew heater plugs are "loose". That is, when I plug in the dew heater RCA plugs, both female plugs in the PPBA wiggle around a bit, almost as if they are floating or not secured to the circuit board. Is this expected behavior, or is there a problem with the box? The dew heaters work fine, but I wanted to check and see if the loose dew heater plugs are a problem, or if they are designed to wiggle around a bit.
