NYX-101 capable of remote operation?

Hello,
I am considering purchasing this mount to install in a remote observatory about 1000 miles away. I just wanted to make sure first that it is capable of remote, unattended operation, being turned on and off using an IP=addressable power switch. Also, considering power failures, if there is one, I assume the RA lock would keep the scope from doing anything crazy and that I could re-synch the mount when power is restored? Any input is greatly appreciated.
