Dew heater ports

Is the output voltage on the PPBA V2 adjustable to 5V DC?

I am afraid not. Dew heaters produce 12V only (PWM duty cycle controlled)
You cannot plug a 5V heater. Where did you find a 5V heater? 5V heaters are USB only.
