Screen banding/flicker with new PPBA v2

Hoping someone can help. Set up my PPBA last night and getting banding on the screen when dew heaters are turned on.
I don’t have data and power wiring running together, so curious as to what I can do to resolve? This hub is replacing a Hitecastro MHP, which did not exhibit the same issue with dew heater.
