Shortly after startup, Uranus displays wildly incorrect data. After reboot, Uranus hangs, as per attached picture. Unplugging USB does not resolve the hang.

Please try to reset the device by using the pinhole.
Abnormal data readout indicates an issue in sensor communication with the main board.
A reset (pinhole reset button) should probably fix the issue as the battery is always on and the device cannot fully reset by itself.

Thank you for replying. Also working with support. Pinhole reset does not help, same hang with the same symptoms. Disconnected the battery and ran on just USB, same result.

All is well. Pegasus support has replaced the sensor board, Uranus is working perfectly now!

I am writing a small Python library to interact with it, and will share on github once this is mature.

Here same problems. Hangs on Bootscreen. Only Solution is return it to seller ?

II was using Uranus on USB before it said goodbye to the boot screen. I also found out that my 2 USB ports on which I had the Uranus no longer respond. Maybe there is an overvoltage from the battery ....

I'm going to send it back and get a new LattePanda for the money.
