New Uranus Meteo Sensor doesn't start up …

Dear Pegasusastro team,
Unfortunately, the device hangs at the start logo after switching it on and does not react further afterwards. Even a reboot does not lead to success. The device only shows the boot logo "PegasusAstro".
Before I send it back to the seller, I wanted to know if there is anything I could do about it.
