Hi,
just received my FM150. I've downloaded and installed the app and the USB drivers.
It powers up ok, and works in manual mode.

But it does not seem to be able to connect to my laptop PC. In the FM App, I can see the device and when I click connect it sends signals to the FM and receives them , but it does not seem to connect. It just keeps sending the pulses and does not connect. The status at the bottom of the screen still remains 'Disconnected' in red lettering. And I have no control of the FM from the App.

Am I doing something wrong?

Either drivers are missing or there is a problem in Windows application framework.
Please try with another PC to make sure that it is not a problem with windows framework.
It is better to contact us at our support email to further troubleshoot

I have the same problem with connecting Flatmaster 150 to laptop. It instantly powers on, but the app takes many attempts before it connects.
Also NINA doesn’t see the Flatmaster.
Are there any additional drivers required for NINA to connect?
