Control Hub will not recognize 2 ZWO image cameras

Control Hub is not recognizing 2 different image cameras, but both work fine if I connect directly to my laptop or to an Inland powered 7 Hub block. Astrophotography Tool log says it not being recognized. I need some suggestions or I need the Control Hub fixed or replaced. Or I need it replaced. Purchased on December 26, 2020 from Agena Astro.
