How to control an Optec FT20 Focus Motor

I recently bought a 9.25 Edge with a Feathertouch focuser and Optec FT20 focus motor. At the time I didn't realize that the motor didn't have a controller built-in and it needs an external one. Optec support said the UPB could control it and that their motor used an RJ45 regular ethernet cable. The Pegasus website says a special cable is required with an RJ12 connector but the motor has an RJ45 socket. The Unity app doesn't show support for an Optec motor. Does anyone know what I need to do to proceed? Thanks.
