I have just purchased the ultimate powerbox and the falcon rotator and I am very impressed. I do have a question about the Falcon rotator. I do have rotational play, I can move the camera about 1 degree back and forth. This sounds similar to a problem another poster had. Please let me know what to do and if there is an adjustment to be made. Thanks.

This should be the backlash of them motor which is calculated (compensated) when you do an opposite movement. I do not think you can do much about it.

Please review the Pegasus reply to "rotator loose?" by Shogun1. I have the same problem that he had ,my rotator is only a week old. Why is there a fix for his unit but for me the response is "I do not think you can do much about it"? I like the Pegasus product line and would like support your products. In the mean time I would like my unit to work properly.
