rotator loose?

Hi--Ive got a fairly new Falcon Rotator (2 months) and I noticed that I can grip the camera and rotate it by hand back and forth 1 mm or so. I have tried with both power on and power off. Is this normal? All connections from the camera to the rotator are tight and the only movement is where the image train (an m54 adapter) threads into the rotator on the camera side. Im worried about any movement in the image train when doing Tpoint runs.
Thanks
Jim

Hello,

Please remove the lid and send a clear shot of the internal parts at info@pegasusastro.com
I will guide you then what you should check and what you can adjust.

Ok. I emailed the pics with the cover off. Hopefully it’s just a simple adjustment.
Thx!

Just a follow up.
Service response from Pegasus was fantastic. Replacement parts sent fast along with detailed installation instructions. My rotator is now operating properly.
Thanks to Angelos and his team.
