Using PPB and PPBmicro at the same time

I have purchased a PPBmicro and a USB Control Hub. The micro is in addition to the PPB I have used for some time. I intended two have two rigs set up with a PB on each to save on unplugging an resetting cables. However when our internet changes from satellite to Fibre Optic I am going to use a remote connection using a wired system (Fibre Optic cables (as wi-fi not possible), with media converters) I will have a minisforum 12v mini pc in the observatory so.....
I want to use one PPB to power my mount/telescope/etc then connected via usb to the PC, and the other PPB to power the pc and media converter. Each PPB would be connected to its own LifePo4 battery (Celestron PT Pros).
Would there be any conflict with running two instances of the software?
