Weird UPBv2 issue on USB3

I have a brand new UPBv2 and I have a weird problem that only occurs on the USB 3 ports, the USB2 ports are fine. I get random horizontal banding lines/bars on my ZWO 1600mm.

I have replaced the cables so they are shorter and have a direct path to the hub, the power supply is the official Pegasus one and made sure the settings are correct in the ZWO camera driver (USB bandwidth is set to 40). I also have a few friends who has the same camera and the UBv2 who don’t get the horizontal banding lines. When I plugged the camera in to a normal USB 3 hub I don’t get any random horizontal banding lines, the problem only appears on the USB3 ports of the UPBv2.

Do I have a faulty unit and need to ask for a replacement?
