Humidity always at 99%

Hello, I've had my Powerbox Advance for a few months now and set it up with the environmental sensor attached. Every time I use it the humidity is always 99% and dew point always 0.2°C lower than the temperature. Is this normal or is something not working correctly? Thanks

I'm seeing the same response with my new PPBA. Sent in request for help to support. No response yet.

If the sensor always reports 99%, then it is dead an a new sensor is required.
Please note that sensor can get damage if it crash onto the ground.
