Latest Unity version doesn't work with ASCOM Observing Conditions Hub

The latest version of Unity 2.6.4610.351 does not work with the ASCOM Observing Conditions Hub. When choosing "OBCON: Pegasus Astro ObservingConditions 1" the settings wheel is grayed out and the hub cannot get values from the PPADV v2.
This has changed as of the very latest version. Using the "OBCON: Pegasus Astro ObservingConditions 1" directly does work, but for some reason you cannot "stack" the OCH on top of it.
