Hi
I received the NYX 101 HC a few days ago, just in time for a star party happening yesterday.
I was disappointed and embarrassed: for some reason, the HC got stuck for minutes on the inital screen "Searching for NYX mount".
Disconnecting/reconnectiing the HC plug to the mount, and/or power cycling the mount several (read: many) times did not solve the problem.
It passed the initial screen after maybe 20 of these attempts. Reliability issue?
Did anybody else experience the same?

PS: a support ticket was raised this morning.

So... responding to myself.
PA sent over a new HC for testing, at no cost, and very quickly.
I could test the new unit, which works fine.
I want to emphasize the professional and great support from Pegasus, which is seldom seen from many manufacturers these days.
This is equally if not more important to me than the intrinsic quality of the product.
