Hello
I have the focus cube for SCT, it used to connect natively and through Ascom (to APT), now, it won't. It sometimes doesn't show in device manager at all, and sometimes it does with a port number. It shows up in APT, but won't connect. Connecting natively, even though device manager shows a port, and device working properly, when I try to connect it says controller not found / unrecognized device, and when I reconnect, to the same, or different USB slots, it says unrecognized device. Same with turning it off and on (electronically, it shows a green light0), de, and reinstalling doesn't help, neither does scanning for hardware changes. In device manager, it says Device Descriptor Request Failed (Unknown USB device). I'm running Windows 10.
Is there a solution or fix for this?

Focus CubeZero doesn't connect natively nor to APT

Something is going wrong with your USB cable.
Try to use another cable. usually these issues have to do with poor quality or long USB cables.

Hi Evans
Thanks for your reply.
I've narrowed it down to electrics, my cigarette plug connections seem to be loose some nights, so an AC connection should stabilize things.
