I have the FocusCube v1 and I find that a value of about 120 is required to compensate for the backlash of the gears. The focus controller application says that a value of 30-40 microsteps is sufficient. Is there a way to manually calibrate the gears in order to minimize the backlash?
At the controller application, after setting the backlash, I see the gears icon at the Control tab that means that the compensation is active, but I cannot find anywhere the configured value. Is it available elsewhere?
