FocusCube3 Hotspot failure

I've logged into the FocusCube 3 hotspot on my smartphone, and have the Unity app installed. The app and focus control is supposed to automatically spawn, but it does not. When I manually open the Unity app, I'm asked to make sure that I have connected with the NYX_xxxxxxxxx wireless network, which does not exist. Can someone explain? Thanks.
