Changing the sleep time causes the slider to start rocking to Def Leppard

I've had this issue across a number Unity versions as well as firmware versions for the Uranus Metro. When you go to the Settings tab and you move the slider to change the Sleep delay the slider goes nuts after you release the mouse. Reminds me of "Photograph" by Def Leppard. While interesting I hardly think this is the way it is suppose to work. If you restart Unity it stops and apparently is set to a time somewhat close to where I thought I was releasing the mouse. Probably not how it is suppose to work.
