dmfc keeps losing connection with nina

Everything working fine along with all the rest of my equipment then the message lost connection with focuser comes up any ideas how to fault find please rest of equipment connected ok still,changed power and usb connector,just about to change d sub cable that interconnect controller to motor,thanks..can be after a hour or 10 mins

Hi,

are you sure, you do not have enabled some power saving setting in Windows that shuts down the USB port?
