FlatMaster 150 too small

Hello, my current OTA is the Celestron Omni XLT 150 and I just received the FlatMaster 150 tonight. The issue I have is the LED area does not completely cover my aperture (there is a good 1/4-3/8” on each side. I am worried that this will affect the ability to get good flats. Is this normal? I don’t want to use it and then not be able to exchange it out.

It depends on your camera chip size. You can take a couple of flats and evaluate it.
