Failure while Creating a Report of Pegasus Uranus

Hello everyone, I always get an error message when I want to create a report from the Pegasus Uranus.

When you click on "Reporting" and then on Uranus, the message always comes up:
System.TimeZoneNotFoundException: The time zone identifier "Central European Time" was not found on the local computer.

The problem occurs on three computers, so it is not with the computer.

The entire message (in German) is attached.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a solution for this?
