Problem with EZY Temperature

Post by Bjoern »

Hello,
I use the UPBv2 and have newly connected the EZY. Unfortunately, but the temperature is shown me 125°C. Humidity with 34% seems to be correct. The temperature display jumps back and forth between 125°C and the real temperature 18°C after a while. The 125 ° can not be right, I would note :-)

What can I do ?

Many greetings
Björn

Try to plug the hand controller and reboot the UPBv2 by removing and reinserting cable.
It is better to have the hand controller already plugged in.

Thanks for the update!

This is a known bug in current UPBv2 firmware. If the EZY Focus hand controller is plugged when the UPBv2 device runs , there is a high possibility that the hand controller will not be discovered properly.
New firmware (v2.6) for the UPBv2 is going to fix this issue. (not ready yet but we expect to release it in a month from now).
