I installed the drivers, but the hub is not connecting.
I believe the hub has a yellow triangle in dev mgr.
it does not find a driver.
is this a win 10 problem?
all of the items plugged in to the hub seem to be working, i.e. camera, mount, focuser....
A nice unit, I hope I can get it to connect.
Upped the power supply from a 3A to a 10A with no change.
Any suggestions?

install both drivers.
the one for Win 10
and then the ones for Win XP,7,8,10
now it works

Drivers are only required to control the HUB fron the supplied software.

Mine won’t connect either, I’ve installed the drivers. I also get a USB port surge error. I have the proper power supply on the hub as well that was another $60 none of it works. Thinking of returning it.
