Connecting USB Control Hub on Advance

When I activate the hub control software app on my laptop it will not connect to the HUB, I have downloaded and installed all drivers etc - WIN10 Laptop - any suggestions, thanks

Therefore, your PPB Advance will not connect with this software

The USB ports are not controllable on the Advance Model.
