Unity API Inadequate

I have an older powerbox advance and use Alpaca to scrape data from the device. I just got a powerbox micro and I cannot get the same data using the unity software. Even though it's available in the UI. Why is so little data provided? It's missing voltage, current, temperature, and relative humidity at a minimum.
I'm likely to try the older software on a cloudy night to see if I can get the data I need.
Am I missing some way to get this data out of unity? I have emailed support as well, support request # 71.
