Can't detect a UPBv2 controller Error Message

I just got my Pegasus Astro Pocket Power Advance Box.

When I plug the unit the blue light flashes 2 or 3 times. I'm not sure because it flashes so fast.Then the light goes steady blue.

I connected it to my ASUS Laptop, using Windows 10.
I installed the drivers and the Pegasus Astro-Ultimate Powerbox v2 software.
In my DEVICES list I see a device labelled PPBADV revB on Com 12.

When I start the app I immediately get an error message that reads - Can't detect a UPBv2 controller.

I'm at a loss what to do next. Please help. And thanks in advance for any assistance.

The bootup les sequence is correct.

Seems that you have installed a wrong software.
