FocusCube 2 Help Please

Hi Everyone,
I received my Pegasus FocusCube 2 yesterday and fitted it to my Skywatcher 72ED with no issues mechanically. However, I installed the stand alone focus controller along with the usb and ascom drivers as it says in the manual and tried to connect it through my Altair 183C Pro TEC Camera hub as I had done with my previous focuser and the controller would not see the focuscube - nor would it see it when I plugged it into my Pegasus Pocket Powerbox Advance. I did rearrange my cabling and plug the focuser usb cable directly into the pc and it recognised it in the stand alone controller software.Just as a check, a went back, to try the first way, it didn't work. I did run the ascom diagnostics tool but it looks like access to the COM port the focuscube was using was denied, hence probably why the reason it wasn't being seen.
I have taken a photo of the error message below if this helps.

If you have the Standalone software open please close it.
Device can be controller from one software only (ASCOM or standalone software)
