have a new focuscube and out of the box the output shaft turns freely. I have three other units so know it is faulty how do I return it for replacement

sorry for being hot about the emails. Microsoft in their wisdom did a upgrade that blocked some of my incoming email.

That's the info on the focus cube. The output shaft turns freely I had noticed when I was putting the pully on. This is my fourth focuscube so I know the shaft should be solid.

The new FocusCube Zero is a different product and the shaft turns freely compared to the older FocusCube v2 SCT.
I believe you have the older models and you got the new one (the Zero)
