UPBV2 - EQDIR Stick error

Getting this error:
EQDIRSTICK PA51DWJA - Unresponsive device
Unresponsive Device!
A PegasusAstro device has been detected but communication is not possible.
Please contact support@pegasusastro.com for further troubleshooting
Yet the EQ Mount connects to NINA no problem. Any reason for getting this error message?
