Hello,
Since I have upgraded m’y laptop to Windows 11, it is no more possible to connect the Masterflat to the dedicated Masterflat app. It does not work either with NINA. Nina reports a i/o error on com port 8. Do you know something about this pb. If yes, is there any fix to it?
Sincerely,
Guy

I had a similar situation and after some searches I found a solution by installing an older version of the USB-to-Serial driver (CP210x), in my case version 6.7.6 and then avoid using Windows Update for this driver. Hope that helps for you!

We do not use the CP chipset. All of our chipsers are original FTDI series.
Please try to install the latest FTDI VCP drivers from FTDI or our website download page.
If the problem persists please contact us

OK, I also have the FTDI driver on my PC, so it may have been that one, but anyhow I had to change to an older version for both to make sure they can be used in Win11 - and are not updated by Windows

it was even a question of the correct installation sequence to get all USB-to.COM drivers work correctly. Took some time to find out
