FlatMaster 150 EL Panel Not Uniformly Lit

Received the FlatMaster today and tested it out. On the two lowest illumination settings there's two darker bands that are visible running across the panel. This happens on USB 2 and USB 3 supplied power. I don't know if this is a QC issue or a defective product. I waited a month for this to arrive from Agena Astro. Returning the FlatMaster for a refund.

The ‘banding’ or illumination differences were noticeable at my imaging site which is very dark and the problem is ‘very subtle’. I rotated the FlatMaster and the banding or illumination differences followed the rotation. Its almost like something is pressing on the underside of the EL panel. I will try to take Flats and post an image. The max illumination is also much dimmer than expected.

Got an email from the seller and the FlatMaster is defective and being returned to Pegasus.
