Issues with NINA

Post by bsteeve »

Hi there

I had my first session with the rotator last night and I'm having some issues.

With the framing assistant in NINA "Determine rotation from Camera" seems to work and displays my framing in the framing assistant.. but it when i set my own rotation angle in the framing assistant and "Slew, centre and rotate", NINA just goes into a plate solve loop and keeps rotating the camera around without ever settling. I can see the camera rotating... I'm using ASTAP for plate solving in NINA.

Any idea how I can fix that? I'm using the latest NINA 2.0 beta and the latest Falcon ascom drivers

I seem to have fixed the issue last night by enabling "reverse motor rotation" in the standalone software for the Pegasus.. now everything works as intended in Nina
