I have 2 Pocket Powerbox Advance Gen2 units both new within 6 months. Bye the way, both work great. One unit has firmware 2.8 and the other is at 2.6. How do I get the unit with 2.6 upto 2.8?

I have the same issue. I have a GEN2 Advance. The Adjustable power output is configured to be on but when I start it, its off. I have firmware 2.6 and it does not give me the option for any firmware upgrade to 2.7.

What should I do?
